Tents allow you the freedom of having your event where, when, and how you want it.
When people think about tents, they usually associate them with
protection from the elements: the rain, cold, heat, and sun. But tents
can offer a freedom you don't have when you choose an event facility. A
tent gives you the option to house as many guests as you choose, and to
decorate as you choose, without having to work around a room's size,
shape, features, and colors. With clear or windowed walls, you can even
showcase the surrounding environment, while maintaining a comfortable
climate for your guests.
Event design
We have the most up to date programs and systems to help you plan your
special event. With our computer aided design we can layout tent
events, parties, banquets, conventions, fairs and meeting rooms.
Tent Enhancements
With your imagination and our skilled team
of specialists, your tent can be transformed from a basic metal and
canvas structure to an intimate wedding gathering, a dramatic ballroom,
or a sleek haute couture event.
Tent Liners
A tent liner is fabric that is installed in the
ceiling of the tent and also covers all of the legs and visible metal
pipes. A fabric liner provides a feeling of intimacy and warmth.
Flooring
Our trained installation professionals can create a
floor to complement any theme. We specialize in custom work and can
produce faux finishes, checkerboard, or carpeted surfaces.
Pool Covers
A pool cover is a custom designed structure that
is used to transform a space for swimming into a dinning or dancing
extravaganza. Our special installations team can highlight your pool
with a clear acrylic cover for a hi tech look, a faux finish to blend
with your own decor, or a carpeted platform to lend that ballroom feel.
We can also produce partial covers, runways, or bridges. The options
are limitless. How about a string quartet serenading your guests on the
center of your pool?
Lighting
The right lighting can give your party environment
the ambience you want. In addition to basic lighting, we can provide
ceiling washes, up lighting, pinspotting, gobos, and club lighting.
GUIDELINES TO DETERMINE TENT SIZE
Tents come in a variety of
shapes and sizes. To help you in your pre-planning, the following is a
good rule of thumb for the appropriate area for each person under your
tent or canopy.
When arranging your room, leave 60" between tables. This will allow a
24" service aisle with back to back seating and an 18" chair depth.
