What are your showroom hours?
Fiesta is open Monday through Friday from 8 - 5 and Saturday from 8 - 3

What are your terms of payment and what forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due in advance of delivery and we accept cash, check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover)

What are your hours of delivery?
Normal delivery hours are Monday through Saturday from 8 - 6 Sunday and after hours deliveries are available for an additional fee.

Do you charge for delivery?
There is a fee for delivery that varies according to the distance from our warehouse. Specific time, long carries, difficult installations, rush, holiday and after-hours delivery/pick up fees are also additional. Please call for your specific needs.

Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?
Our minimum order size for a local delivery is $50.00. There is no minimum order for a will call pick up at our warehouse.

Do your crews set up the equipment?
Fiesta sets up and takes down all heavy equipment (tents, dance floors, wedding arches, bars, etc.) Other items are set up and taken down by the client. Tables and chairs can be set up for an additional fee.

Will your driver move my living room furniture?
Our insurance does not allow us to move client's furniture. It is best to make other arrangements for this service.

Can someone come to my house and tell me how many people can fit in a tent in my backyard?
Fiesta Rentals trained technicians are available to come to your home and measure your yard for tenting. We will assist you in selecting the best set up for your special event.

What should we do with dishware before we return it?
Please scrape food from plates and rinse. Please place dishware into the boxes and crates in which they were delivered.

Do you have an after hours contact for emergencies?
If you call our main phone number you will be directed to our emergency after hours number for 24 hour assistance.
